About these terms
These terms apply when you use mesua.tech and the tools on it. By using the site you agree to them. Mesua Technologies (“Mesua”, “we”, “us”) is based in Dhemaji, Assam, India.
Our design, development and AI integration services are provided under a separate proposal, statement of work or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
Using the website
- You may browse, read and share our content for personal or internal business purposes.
- Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it, no scraping at a volume that affects other visitors, and no use for anything unlawful.
- We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
The UX Analyzer
- The UX Analyzer is a free, automated tool. Only analyze websites you own or have permission to assess, and don’t use it to probe or attack any site.
- Reports combine automated tests (including Google PageSpeed Insights), our own checks and an AI-written summary. They are general guidance, may contain errors or omissions, and are not professional advice tailored to your business.
- To unlock the full report you give us your name, email and role. We use them as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We limit how often the tool can be used, don’t audit large public platforms, and may withdraw or change the tool at any time.
Proposals, fees and payment
- Quotes and proposals are valid for 30 days unless they say otherwise.
- Work starts once a proposal is accepted in writing and any advance payment has been received.
- Invoices are payable within 15 days of issue unless the agreement states otherwise. Prices exclude applicable taxes such as GST.
- We may pause work on overdue accounts after giving notice.
Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation and Return Policy.
Intellectual property
- The content, design, code and branding of mesua.tech belong to Mesua or our licensors.
- For client projects, ownership of the final deliverables passes to the client once all fees for them have been paid, unless the agreement says otherwise.
- We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your deliverables.
- Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences.
- Unless you ask us not to, we may show completed work in our portfolio, without confidential information.
Confidentiality
We keep confidential any non-public information you share with us during an enquiry or project, and use it only to provide our services.
Third-party links and services
The site links to, and relies on, services we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Disclaimer
The site and free tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or that results will meet your expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mesua is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or free tools. For paid services, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for losses caused by your misuse of the site or tools, or by your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Assam, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, which we will first try to resolve with you in good faith.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, which applies from when it is published.
