AI & Automation
Useful AI inside the software you already have.
We add practical AI capabilities to existing products and internal systems, such as smarter search, summaries, classification and document processing, without rebuilding what already works.
Who it's for
- 01
Software companies
Product teams that want AI features their customers will actually use, not a demo bolted onto the side.
- 02
Operations teams
Businesses whose staff read, sort and summarise large amounts of text, documents or messages every day.
- 03
Legacy systems
Companies with established systems that can't be replaced but would benefit from AI around them.
What we integrate
- 01
Search and question answering
Search that understands meaning, and answers drawn from your own documents and data, with sources.
- 02
Summaries and drafting
Summaries of long records, threads and documents, and first drafts for staff to review and send.
- 03
Classification and extraction
Sorting incoming requests, tagging records and pulling structured fields out of documents and emails.
- 04
In-product assistants
Assistants inside your product that help users find information and complete tasks.
- 05
Model selection
The right model and provider for each task, balancing quality, speed, cost and data requirements.
- 06
Safeguards
Guardrails, human review steps, usage limits and logging so AI features behave predictably.
How we work
- 01
Find the use case
We identify tasks where AI saves real time or improves quality, and where it shouldn't be used.
- 02
Prototype
We test the approach on your real data and measure whether the results are good enough.
- 03
Integrate
We build the feature into your product or system, with safeguards and fallbacks.
- 04
Measure and tune
We monitor quality and cost after launch and improve prompts, data and models over time.
AI integration questions
No. Most AI features connect to existing systems through APIs, so we can add them without replacing what you have.
We choose per task from providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, and open models where they fit, based on quality, cost and how your data must be handled.
We agree what data the AI may see, prefer providers and settings that don't train on your data, and keep sensitive information out of prompts where it isn't needed.
We design for it: answers cite sources, uncertain cases go to a person, and anything consequential needs human approval.
Where could AI help your team or product?
Tell us about your product and the tasks that take the most time. We'll tell you honestly where AI fits.
