The challenge
The pharmacy ships orders every day through its EasyPost account, but shipment data was collected by a polling script and was hard to use. The team needed to see late and problem shipments quickly, understand which clients and carriers drove volume and cost, and share reports without assembling them by hand.
Our approach
We designed the dashboard screen by screen with the team, then built a single, tested path that normalises shipment data from every source before it's stored. The dashboards run on the existing shipment history today, and the next phase replaces polling with EasyPost webhooks and scheduled jobs for live updates.
What we built
- 01
Track and investigate shipments
Search any shipment and open its full history, with status, carrier and transit details.
- 02
Urgent issues first
A view of the shipments that need attention, so the team can act before customers chase.
- 03
Client analytics
Volume and behaviour by client, a client database and a view of the most loyal clients.
- 04
Carrier and financial analytics
Spend, refunded labels and carrier performance over time, including average transit days.
- 05
Filters and exports
Date range, carrier, status and search filters on every screen, with CSV, Excel and PDF export.
- 06
Access control
Database-backed sessions, lockout after repeated failed sign-ins, per-module access and admin user management.
